A Word on Optional Plugin Upgrades

Here at Cascadia Branding Co. we are proud of the platform we have developed for you to quickly and easily launch your own professional-grade website at DIY costs. We offer three feature-packed plans; an ever-growing collection of template starting points for your site; and a specialist support team who can answer your questions and help you create a business website that you will be happy with.

What’s This About?

Two of the plugins we offer through this platform have paid upgrade options available from third-party developers, who are not affiliated with Cascadia Branding Co. in any way. There is no obligation to pay for an upgrade. The free versions of these plugins work just fine.

What is a plugin?

The features included with each of our plans are enabled via “plugins.” Plugins are computer scripts that run in the background on your website; it’s a little like an app on your phone. We have rigorously tested hundreds of plugins to find the ones we believe are the best for this service. In a few cases, we have even written our own plugin, or made substantial modifications to a third-party plugin, when we wanted to enable you to do something very specific.

Which plugins have upgrades available?

The plugins in question are “Hustle” and “Metaslider.”

These plugins are only available to users who subscribe to the “Marketing Star” and “Sales Powerhouse” plans. (They are not available on the “Lean Startup” plan.)

“Hustle” is an easy way to create pop-up newsletter signup forms; and “Metaslider” allows you to quickly and easily create stylish animated photo slideshows.

What’s the difference?

The free versions of these plugins will provide you with all the functionality you need to send your new website into overdrive.  That’s why we chose these plugins over some of the alternatives available. If you do choose to upgrade, it unlocks bonus features: fancy design add-ons and such, to tweak the presentation.

What’s the catch?

Should you decide to purchase a paid upgrade for these plugins, that creates a relationship between you and the third-party plugin developer. Cascadia Branding Co. does not receive any sort of commission, referral fee, or anything else in exchange, if you decide to upgrade to a paid version of one of these plugins. They don’t even know that we exist. We are not responsible for any aspect of your relationship with the third party developers, and we cannot provide support for the limited access features.

Conclusion

We’re not telling you not to upgrade and get the fancy extras. Ultimately, it’s up to you. But we’re not actively recommending that you upgrade, either. The choice is yours. We want you to be completely happy with your website experience.
